A sweet surprise in our room

Our room felt like a cozy retreat, with a lovely view. The complimentary coffee was delightful, and the staff made us feel welcome during our stay.

However, the elevator was out of order, which was inconvenient. We also had to wait too long for basic necessities like towels that never arrived during our visit.

The indoor swimming pool was a nice way to unwind after a long day, and I loved the sun terrace for some fresh air. Just a heads up, parking fees could add up, so plan accordingly! 🌞

I had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying how close we were to the beautiful Lewandowski Park, just a few minutes away, and the nearby local eateries like Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, where I grabbed a delicious slice after exploring the area. the staff was also incredibly accommodating, making my stay pleasant.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. The hotel's staff showed great dedication to addressing my concerns, which I appreciated. The location near the airport offered convenience, perfect for my travel needs. Additionally, I found the cleanliness in the common areas to be a standout aspect.

However, I faced ongoing issues with the television not working during my stay.

Amazing place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and fitness center. The staff even helped me with taxi tips during my first stay. I’m coming back for Easter!

Just a top selection for a couple of nights in Bedford Park with good price value. The staff were really helpful and even fueled my coffee addiction. Make sure to ask for extra coffee at the front desk.

The stay included a comfortable King Room, though it was disappointing that the television did not work despite multiple requests for assistance. The staff’s attempts at resolving the issue were appreciated, but it added a level of frustration to the celebration of a milestone birthday. On a positive note, the location was convenient and the restaurant attached offered delicious whole wheat bread rolls, which added a nice touch to the dining experience.

The view from our room was perfect for our needs. The airport shuttle was convenient for our early flight. We had a comfy bed!

The king room with an adapted tub was spacious and comfy. It had great amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. The bathroom was huge with Paul Mitchell toiletries. I loved the indoor pool area for relaxing. Staff were super helpful and friendly, which made everything smoother for us.

The stay was centered around visiting friends nearby, but the experience was a mixed bag. The overall cleanliness of the property didn’t meet my expectations, particularly with a stained mattress on the pull-out couch. The beds were quite comfortable, and having a TGI Friday's right downstairs was a nice convenience, but the pool was closed when we arrived despite confirmation that it was open, which was very disappointing since we had planned to use it. I had to deal with additional charges for parking that weren't clear upfront, which dampened the overall experience.
